"I never write reviews, however I felt one was warranted in this situation based on the great experience I had. I took my wife's Audi to the dealership for an annual service (previously I had exclusively taken it to the dealership as this is what I've always done with my Fords). I was told there was a leak that needed to be fixed but wanted to get a second opinion due to the high (in my opinion) price that they were estimating. I found German Car Specialists on google and was able to make an appointment within a week. They able to get me in, fix the issue, and charged an extremely reasonable price. Bonus, their messaging/estimate system they used through text was great and made the process so much easier as it eliminated the need to call to follow up (which is always inconvenient while at work). This was probably the best car repair experience I have ever had on any vehicle I've owned. I will definitely be back next year for our service!"

"I have a 2013 BMW Z4 28i with the turbocharged 4 cylinder N20 engine at 79,000 miles. It was making a whining noise and a check engine light on, I knew it was going to need significant repairs. I looked around and found German Car Specialists and decided to give them a try instead of the dealer. I love my Z4 and plan on keeping it a long time and wanted any repairs to be done right and at a reasonable cost. From the very first call I could tell they were BMW experts and customer focused, willing to answer and discuss all of my questions. It turned out I needed a new intake manifold, not such a simple job on the N20, and then they discovered my timing chain was very loose and it needed to be replaced as well, a common issue on the N20, and also not a simple job. Berk and Mark kept me informed as they did the work, sending progress pictures and showing me the engine codes and explained what they were doing and why all along the way. They did a great job, my Z4 is running better than it ever has! And considering the complexity of the job and parts they did it a reasonable cost. I highly recommend!"
