"My mom initially took my car in due to shaking/noise & brake light. They said a wheel bearing needed to be replaced, we did it. I went & spoke to the mgr Justin & decided to do the remaining work there. We did 2 of 3 motor mounts, the side eng mount & the trans mount. I took the car back after bc it was still the same. The mechanic Michael took my car on a 30 sec or less drive & said that it was "much better". My mom & I tried to explain to him, but he talked down to us & said we needed to do the remaining work, the control arm, struts & sway bar. I took my car to a diff shop & they recorded a video showing the side eng mount was defective. I went back & Justin had another mechanic, Ruben, test drive it w/ me. Ruben confirmed it was defective. They replaced it & I said for them to do the last motor mount too. After a few days it was still the same. Ruben checked it & the same motor mount was defective, again. Justin said he was going to get it from a diff place but I needed to pay an additional 80, which I did. I then had them do my control arms, sway bar & struts while waiting for the part. A few days later I drove my niece home & on the way back home my brakes went out. I called Justin the next day & my car was towed to them. Jusin called & apologized that Ruben had not locked the brake line & my tire burned through the line. He stated they were replacing the line & my front brakes at "no charge". They did & replaced the motor mount we were waiting on. Upon driving my car home it was making a thumping sound. My engine shield that covers under the car was missing & I found my tire shields cut & one tucked into the frame of the car. I took my car back & was told I never had an engine shield. I showed proof I had one, I was told they were ordering a new one & tire shields at no cost. I was asked to wait until after Jan 3rd for the new engine shield to come in. I didnt get notified until Jan 12th that the part had "arrived". When my mom went to pick them up they gave her MY engine shield that I supposedly never had, & only one tire shield. I paid approx 3500 & my car is STILL not fixed correctly. I was NEVER given an answer as to why my tire shields were cut which feels deliberate. I waited over 3 weeks for the engine shield only to be given my same one that they swore I never had on my car. I not only am out money for bad work, I spent so much time going back and forth and am terrified of what else was done to my car that I dont know."

I never felt like anyone was overselling me at anytime and prices were fair and they were very efficient and changed out my break pads quickly and changed my oil also.
