"I came here for the first time to get an oil change and alignment and Jason Woods was my assigned advisor. Video tells me my car needed more TLC e.g. all 4 tires to be replaced, brake fluid flush, and rear differential fluid change. Now this is a used car that I recently purchased from another dealer and still has a temporary license plate. Left the car at the dealer to get all the recommended maintenance and picked it up a day later. Paid 2 thousand dollars in total and then I noticed my temp plate was missing and I can't go home without it risking getting pulled over by cops. I have my 7 and 2 year old in the back of my car waiting. I then popped the hood to inspect and one of the cover panels was missing so I went ahead and asked Jason to follow up and look for the missing cover and temp plate. He comes back to tell me the temp plate may have been washed off and can't find it and then a video suggesting my car never had a cover as well. Let's just say maybe I took the panel off and forgot in my garage but I tried telling him I'm sure there was a cover and smirks like I'm blaming him or the mechanic, and to make it worse, He says "SEEMS TO ME YOU ARE TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FOR FREE" The audacity of this man to accuse me of ripping off the dealership of a mere 20$ panel after paying 2k worth of maintenance shows how little they see me as a customer. Manager comes out to try and rectify the problem but there was nothing he could have said and done to pacify the situation after this man insulted me in front of my kids. So I drove off and took my chances of getting pulled over for not having temp tag rather than spend another second in this place. I don't want to pull the race card here but maybe I will. I'm Asian and English is my second language but regardless, he could have chosen better words to say to address the problem. Lastly, I don't even think my car was aligned, since my steering wheel still is crooked the way I left it to be serviced."

Even answered my questions on the warranty package we had as it was a busy night when we bought the car. Even our salesman Prakash came to say hi and see how we were liking the car. It’s the small things like that that will keep us coming back."

Instantly I got a text that showed me real time where in the process my car was. They got it fixed and out the door as quick as they said they would.
