"These guys really do a great job. So professional and fast, friendly service as well. They apologized for "taking so long" but I don't think I was waiting for even 10 minutes. My car is running so smoothly now, and one of the techs even came over to talk to me about my car (it's a mini cooper). Just an overall excellent experience. "Came in on Sunday for an oil change and it was an awesome experience! Manager and team were on point! You could see that it was a short-handed crew that day just by the sheer volume of cars they had inside and out vs the 4 guys working, but it felt as if that didn’t matter. Manager Connor greeted me as I came around the bend and looked to be a sort of quarterback so to speak, talking to guests outback then going back in and taking care of the customers there. The men upstairs, Nolan and David were great! I did not catch the name of the person under my vehicle, but thank you too! The team moved like 1 fluid motion and the customer service/rapport was amazing, for this reason I will continue to use this Valvoline and recommend to everybody I know. Thanks guys!"
