I requested the technician to provide an explanation of the problem, but he stated that I could bring it back next week for a diagnostic test. Also, his schedule was tight to fit me in. "Long story short, I took my car to another shop to get my brakes and rotors replaced. The tech wrecked my car due to negligence on his part. The shop owner filed a claim with their insurance. I took my car here for the repair of that damage (see photos). The extend of the damage (Undercarriage) can't be seen in these photos but it does provide some perspective. Josue from Hondurcar took care of me. Not only was his Customer Service Top Notch, by always communicating with me and the insurance company on a daily bases with updates but he also made sure the insurance extended my rental car whenever the repair time got pushed out. After the insurance approved the repair work, Josue had me test drive the car all three times. Just to ensure I was completely satisfied with the results. The first two times there was still issues with the car due to the insurance declining the repair but each time Josue went to work hammering out this issue directly with the other shops insurance in order to get the repairs approved. End results, I finally got my car back (2 1/2 months later) in a safe and working order. I will be posting the after pics later."
