She only communicated with me when I was in a horizontal position and therefore could not look her in the face or the eyes which is important for effective communication. I need an effective communication channel with someone who is going to be working inside my mouth."

They don't rush during the appointment and take their time to look and treat patients. Also, they were trying to get the most out of my insurance and let me do payments to continue treatment. "The appearance of the office is very welcoming and the staff here are sweet. Everything is nice and clean. I get checked in and I'm in the chair fairly quickly. The staff helped me feel comfortable by asking if I wanted water and if I had any concerns before they started. When Dr. Dang came in, she didn't hesitate to educate me on keeping my teeth clean/healthy. She was also open to any questions I had. Another great thing about this office is that I never had any trouble with canceling my appointment and changing it to a different time/day. I always look forward coming in to see Dr. Dang and her staff!"
