"I have a HUGE dental phobia. Due to this enormous phobia that I have developed from previous visits to other dental offices, I have avoided going to the dentist for more than 10 years. I would like for everyone to know that not only is the customer service at Dr. Martinson's office second to none, but in addition, the detailed attention and genuine concern that was given to me as I was expressing my dental procedure fears, made me feel as if my family who has a personal interest in comforting me was caring for my dental hygiene and health! "I would love to give Patricia a dental hygienist a big shout-out for her professionalism, and gentle hand while performing my dental cleaning. She advocated for me, and I'm very grateful for her. The associate Dr. Goode had good bedside manners and explained thoroughly why I need X or Y procedure. I do need a new dental prosthetic and instead of jumping into it w/o question as I done in the past, I've come to take a step back and reconsider my options as for dental care moving forward from today's visit. I've been an established patient since May 2020, and have seen most if not all the associates, IMO Dr. Martinson is the best when it comes to dental prosthetics. I've done several dental prosthetics with her, along with Dr Green when she was an associate. Overall the staff are friendly, gentle and soft-spoken. You definitely feel welcome and well taken care for with this office. I've been very happy with Dr. Martison Dental Practice until this recent visit. It all came down to the new policy of giving away appointments slots that have been made 6 months in advance to someone else if you have not confirmed your appointment. This honestly messes up with individuals who are generally busy and can't reach their phone in a timely manner. My appointment was canceled and I had to reschedule. They did offered to try and give back my appointment slot, but at that time the damage was done. I was aggravated and the experience has tarnished my good opinion of the office. No apologies or sincere explanations from management just a left over feeling of "this is how business will be done". This is done due to the high number of no-show for their appointment. I do have to say, they have double down on text reminders and phones calls for confirmation of an appointment."

"Patricia, hygienist, excellent. Friendly polite, very efficient. Dr Martinson repaired my chipped implant crown so that I did not need a new expensive replacement crown. All staff friendly efficient and polite. Would highly recommend."
