"It was a great experience, from the receptionist to the assistances and the Dr. My 5 year old even felt comfortable enough to get checked out by him self why they were also attending me. We will continue our services here. Very pleased 10/10"
"Pros: 1. Office staff is professional and friendly. 2. The actual dentist was quite gorgeous. Cons: 1. Waited in the lobby over 30 mins before my cleaning. 2. My cleaning had more sharp sticks to the gums than ever before plus one actual stabbing where I had to make her stop until she understood that could not occur again. 3. Staring the entire time at the mirror light that was severely busted, which was not recent damage, while wondering if the next piece of glass might fall onto my face. 4. But my eyes were fully protected as I wore the used Mint sunglasses, marked “Don’t Take”, which I suppose was also worn by the 100 people before me. 5. Another issue, but you get the idea. Always had great cleaning here in the past… Really wish that Mint would buy less billboard advertisements, and fix the broken equipment instead."
"I visited Mint years ago but my experience was not what they advertise on radio. Listening to their commercials make me so sick to my stomach so I decided to leave a review about my experience. I went in to get a tooth pulled and a partial. I scheduled my appointment at 8am so I wouldn’t miss too much work. I did leave with a temporary partial. But they drilled so much my mouth was in major pain. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a dentist. I was offered a payment plan for my partial which was for about a year long. When I finally left the office a lil after 12pm I realized they didn’t give me any post opp instructions or my free teeth whitening. I called and was advised to come back to office next day. About 2 weeks later I came in for a follow up for the tooth that was pulled and they continued to drill again because I guess the temporary partial wasn’t fitting properly. Fast forward a month has past my mouth is still swollen and my temporary partial fell out. I contacted them and explained my temporary fell out and asked when will my actual partial be ready. I was told it was ready 2 weeks ago but I couldn’t get it until my payment plan was paid. I was livid because that wasn’t stated when I set up payment plan. I wouldn’t have agreed if I knew I had to wait a year. Here it is years later and I have to get those two teeth (stumps) removed because they drilled so low that my current dentist can’t do anything with them. If I knew what I knew now I wouldn’t have visited Mint but I will continue to share my experience with anyone thinking about using Mint. They literally traumatized me. I use to love going to the dentist as a kid."
"I had a wonderful experience. Although I felt a little overlooked by 2 of the front desk girls who seemed to be carrying on a great conversation with themselves. I stood right in front of one and was never acknowledged. I love the fact that people can have a great time at work. But I do feel the patient should come first. This is my second time feeling this way at the Arlington location. The south carrier location in Grand Prairie is the best they are very professional at all times."
