"This is the most unprofessional dentist I’ve seen in my life. The crown Dr. Shaddel put on my wife’s tooth fell off last week while she was drinking water upon which she made an appointment to have it checked. Not only did he not take any responsibility, he accused my wife of lying because he believed the crown had fallen off a month ago. It didn’t make a difference and he was just snatching at any excuse he could think of. We realised what he was doing and without a word, came out of the office. The self-entitled receptionist aggressively snapped at us that we should have thanked them and that she didn’t like our attitude. She was very disrespectful and even insulted my wife. Unlike them, we are civilised and just left. The most interesting thing is that while we were in the waiting room after we arrived, the big-headed receptionist was on a call about another skirmish she had had with a patient, claiming that the patient had been disrespectful and the fight wasn’t her fault. Do yourselves a favour and save your money from these unprofessional disrespectful ignorant crooks! It’s a pitty I can’t leave a zero here because they don’t even deserve a 0.0000001!"

"I had a crown placed on my tooth last year by Dr. Shaddel. Last week, when I was drinking water it fell off. I called them and made an appointment. When I was there they took no responsibility for what had happened. They did not even treat me and the lady at the reception was very aggressive with me for no reason. Instead of treating my tooth they blamed me for what had happned. And the doctor accused me of lying about when the crown fell off, insisting that it had fallen off a month ago. They are not only unprofessional in their treatment but also they are rude and disrespectful in handling patients."

"I know Dr Siavash for years. He is a great dentist, he understands your needs and gives you very good suggestions honestly. He is very very precise and patient when working on your teeth. A very nice lady is his office manager. She always smiling and helps you to get a good deal! Highly recommend."

"Dr shadell took the time to explain the X-ray too me and talked about the treatment I was needing. He saved me a tooth that other dentist told me it could only be saved with a crown. I definitely recommend his office he’s definitely a old school doctor and cares about his Patients needs ."
