"My experience at Jefferson Dental on Matlock Rd was great! The staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile. Sarah, did my cleaning. She was gentle, but thorough. Dr. Nisarg Shah performed a toothed extraction. He was thorough in his explanation of the procedure. I did not experience any pain. Great professionals!"

"On my consultation everything was great they had a dental assistant who was helping out from another Jefferson dental named Monica who was absolutely amazing and kind and gentle. Now the day they were supposed to do my fills and extractions they were pressuring me to do a deep cleaning but I can’t afford it so instead of doing my extractions which is what I really needed they just did the fills and then didn’t even tell me when I could do my extraction or set up and appoint to come do them. I am very disappointed because I still can’t eat on the left side of my mouth because they didn’t even do it right. So now on to finding a better dentist. Don’t get my wrong dr Gloria was great just disappointed me."

I went to my regular dental clinic the exact next day and my treatment plan was completely different nowhere close to the one given by the office. In fact, to top it off the dental hygienist at my regular dentist office complimented me on how good my teeth looked, said I am brushing great!"
