"Disappointing Experience I recently had a not-so-great experience. I placed an online order and got an email saying my shoes were ready for pickup. Excited, I headed to the store, but when I got there, they told me my order had just arrived and they needed to find the shoes.After a few minutes, they came back and said they couldn't find my shoes and would have to cancel my order. No apology, no attempt to make it right. It was a total waste of my time and effort because of the misleading email notification.On top of that, the employee who helped me, Brandon, was really rude and unhelpful when I asked questions about the situation. As a customer, I believe that good service is important, even when things go wrong.I hope Sketchers can explain the misleading email and address the lack of assistance and employees behavior. Better customer service and communication would make a huge difference for all of us."

"They have such a variety of shoe but they lack in store (wide-fit). The wide-fit items are very limiting and not what I need. I wish the in store experience would offer more variety in store. I ended up looking up the max cushion ones I liked online in the wide-fit but wasn’t able to get a deal like I would have in store."
