"Manager was nice. Don't appreciate being watched and followed around the store. Most employees can't even fit in the clothing their. Clothing should be sized correctly like extra extra tiny and small medium and just leave out all the other non-existent sizes. Also the plus size corner in the very back of the store looks like a Walmart rejects from two years ago. If your not going to try just use that corner for shoes or hats or something else..."

"End of season clearance so discounts and BOGO on top. Got 2 cool tees for $5 ! With new fall sneak peeks. Staff is friendly. I'm 57, size 12-14 and find cute clothes, shoes. Even regular prices are good. Great way to see some trends for less."

"I really and truly love this store! I have been here twice before, my mother a few times before me, and I love it. The things I like: The staff. They are very helpful and usually easy to find. They are genuine people. I also love how organized this store is. I can ask where something is and it will be easily pointed out to me. It is very big, so there is really something for everyone. The things I don't like: The store is huge. It can be overwhelming for someone who isn't used to the layout. Also, not all the dressing room stalls are open at all times, so sometimes you have to wait in a small line. Overall: This is one of the best Forever 21 stores I have ever been to. It is well organized, clean, and has a good staff who tries their best. Don't go to the Woodlands, go here!"
