"I visited the store 12/20/21 finishing up some Christmas shopping. I walked in and wasn't greeted and there was a girl looking at me as I walked in. I couldn't tell if she was a employee or shopping. I went on to do my shopping. I started in the front where the graphic tees are. I was in the store for less than 10 minutes with 2 shirts in my hand. I was approached by the girl who was looking at me as I walked in. She asked if I would like for her to hold my items at the register. I told her no I was fine. At the time there was at least 4 other shoppers including my mom who I came with. No one else was asked if they wanted their items held. They were asked if they needed assistance with anything. As I continued to shop this same girl kept her eyes on me ths entire time. About 20 minutes of being in the store I was finished shopping. I was just browsing as my mom still shopped. Same girl was answering questions my mom had. She was friendly towards her. But my mom called me over for my opinion. When I approached the girl was quiet and just awkward towards me. I thought it was really weird. My assumption is she thought I was stealing, but I didn't do anything suspicious to think that. I did have on a hoodie, hat, and face mask. It was cold that day and covid is out. As I waited for my mom to complete her shopping. I watched the girls interaction with other customers and it was completely different from what I recieved. She was friendly and provided conversation. When I checked out it was a simple ring of items, total, pay, receipt. I wasn't asked if I wanted to sign up for the ruerewards, which I wouldve done. Not even a bye have a good day. At this point she knows I'm not stealing so her guard should've came down. I had to make sure I wasn't making any suspicious moves as I shopped and stay in visible areas.
