"I understand that today it is hard to get a human voice when AI tries to be the intermediary to answer your service questions. Yet, I did get a real nice young gentleman to answer my parts issue—it was getting a service advisor between the hours of 2- 6 PM. The associates take your number and promise a call back from a service advisor after calling three times and holding each time twenty minutes each—because on this fourth call and holding — every has gone home—still no call after being told someone would call me back in thirty minutes. I go through the same drill with the service receptionist- who are all very professional— leaving my number with my needs— if anyone is listening all I want to know is adding the part cost —how much my labor cost would be? Seems simple enough if you are using the computer chart! And how was your day?"
