"It’s not often that a visit to an auto mechanic reaffirms your faith in humanity, but after a visit to Road Service 1 Auto Repair I can testify that it can happen. I had issues with my engine overheating, the previous mechanic was telling me it was the radiator fan, then the radiator hose and etc. The mechanic from Road Service 1 Auto Repair didn’t use a machine to diagnose the problem, he immediately discovered that it was the two thermostats that were worn. He also showed me that the other mechanic damaged my radiator while he was troubleshooting. He saved me from spending money on new radiator or a new car. "I have known Al for 12 years. Very knowledgeable and reliable. Old-school mechanic…takes care of his customers. I recently had an emergency on my 2003 expedition. My alternator was going out, it was draining my battery and my brakes needed to be replaced.. I also have been hearing popping noise on the driver 's side and he discovered that my ball joints on both sides needed to be replaced. he did a fantastic job. he had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommended. He’s a straight shooter when it comes to his work."
