"Previously had a 5 star review one year ago, but now I’m moving it down to a 1 star. I came into change both tires in the front which I had with me. Paid $75 and went on with my day only to notice that the car was vibrating like crazy. I took a look under one of the wheels and there were no weights at all. This is frustrating because you would think as tire technicians, they wouldn’t put wheels back on a car without making sure they were balanced CORRECTLY or even at all. I went back the next day and a different technician came to help. I told him about the issue and he got to work checking both tires. While he’s removing the tires, he informs me that the lug nuts were completely loose. This is not the kind of service I’m expecting for $75 just to change 2 tires. The issue was resolved but I guess it just depends on who ends up working on your car. The manager needs to take a step back and make sure all the techs actually care about what they’re doing because this is extremely dangerous. I’ll play it safe and drive to the Texas Tires on Rufe Snow next time."

"They quoted me $20 to fix a flat tire they fixed it fast but did not rebalance it even after I asked him to. Upon payment they want $35. I will not be using them again."
