"Horrible customer service at this place. Do not take your car here for battery check or anything else if you are in a hurry they will make an excuse like I had today in order to check my battery wich I had and issue with. I had to take it to another place where they did helped me right away."

I bought a batery from them it a problem with batery , i bring my car for test batery, his tell us turn off the car we have tell if we turn off can not turn back on he ask u have cable my husband say we have a cable after all he tell us leave batery 24 hrs charger we ask how we get home they do what can bring batery back we ask can you please jump our car they don't have any thing to jump our car . What the hell is the auto parts is this ?? The guy and manager are terrible customer service. i will never buy anything from this auto part agian ."

"Went to this location the other night and got help from a great guy named Martin. He was friendly, personable, extremely helpful, and truly took time to make sure I got what I needed and made sure I was completely satisfied with his service. My battery was starting to die (and actually did in the parking lot), and he went out in the 40 (some odd) degree weather and tested it like I asked him to. Once we found it dead and unsalvageable, we went back in and found the replacement I wanted and he got it installed for me in no time. I felt horrible having him do it because of the cold temps, but he didn't even act like it phased him (and he was extremely friendly throughout the process and even taught me how to remove it and replace it in the future if I should need to!) It's THIS kind of customer service that will keep me coming back to this location and seeking him out when I do. Martin is a great example of someone with high standards of customer service and I once again thank him for everything he did for me!"

"Yesterday was my second time in this location and once again I got excellent costumer service! They really try to go above and beyond and the service is super fast! They checked my battery and installed the new one like in 15 minutes tops! Also, I was able to use a coupon and I got a 20% discount on top of a very fair price (see pictures). Staff are friendly and helpful! I would definitely come back! Listen, if you ask for extra coupons they always try to find you the best coupon on the computer for you!"
