"I wish I could give this auto service less than one star. The service experience was nothing short of disastrous. We brought our Ram 3500 in to get its transmission repaired, and we were initially quoted $3,500 for the job. Without hesitation, we agreed and left our truck in their hands. A week later, to our astonishment, we were informed that the cost of repair had mysteriously doubled to $7,000. Even worse, our truck was still not functioning properly. The owner of the service center brazenly claimed that we had somehow erased a program in the transmission, which was preventing the truck from operating. He insisted that he had consulted the Dodge dealer, and this issue was confirmed. However, when we asked for a receipt or any form of paperwork from the dealer, he said he had approached them unofficially and hence was not given any official documents. This situation bears no resemblance to professional service. It was sheer extortion, forcing us to pay beyond the initially agreed price before they would even release our truck. On top of that, we discovered that all the tools inside our truck had been stolen during its stay in their shop. After enduring this nightmare, we took our vehicle to another service center where the transmission was fixed within two days for half the price. I strongly caution anyone considering using this service to stay well clear. Their conduct was not only unprofessional, but also included blatant threats that our truck would be sold for parts if we refused to pay their inflated prices. Such behavior has no place in business, and I strongly recommend seeking service elsewhere."
