"We have had all of our services done at FireStone! the past two years. However, this location drastically declined in quality going from a five-star establishment to a one-star disappointment. I absolutely do not recommend going to place. The follow-up is horrendous, and their customer service is virtually nonexistent."

"We took my daughter’s car here to get a brake light switch changed out. They called us in and told us “we changed the part, but the weird thing is you have to pull the E Brake to put it in gear” (This wasn't an issue before they worked on it) We asked them to diagnose the problem. They kept the vehicle several days. I called to check the status and they said we haven’t looked at it. We went to check in person and they said “we don’t have a tech that can diagnose that” (wish they would have told us sooner) We took the car to another shop. Turns out the switch and another part were reversed during the install. We had to pay this shop more than we did Firestone to diagnose the issue and fix it. We contacted Firestone multiple times about a full or a partial refund. We get told “the store manager is aware and will reach out Monday” (we’ve been told that three times now) Several weeks later and nothing. This is the second time we had issues here. We thought our son’s truck was just a lemon, but who knows? Maybe it was just poor work performed by this Firestone. If you want honest, competent work done to your vehicle STAY AWAY!!!"

"Went in for a wheel alignment with a scheduled appointment. Was asked to come in earlier if possible, so I did. After an hour, I get a phone call stating they CAN’T do my wheel alignment until I get my brakes checked (which is another charge) The thing is, I had my brakes and calibers replaced 2 months ago. All I wanted was a wheel alignment and they couldn’t do that for me. Told me I had to come back the NEXT DAY to get it done after they did a brake check. This is the 2nd time I’ve had issues with this location. Shame on me for trying them again."
