"The mechanic that does front end alignments does not know how to check suspension parts that would cause alignment issues. My truck still drifts to the right after they aligned it, stating thats as good as they can get it.??? A different alignment shop found a worn out upper ball joint, after replacing it truck no longer drifts."
"2018 F150 Scheduled my appointment with Jenna, and she walked me through the repair and her team was able to find the issue out relatively quickly. I will be bringing my truck here from now on. I wish I had found this shop way sooner so I could have been giving them my business sooner."
"8+ years ago this was our go-to repair shop. Then I got a new car and didn't need repairs, so we haven't been in awhile. Today we took my daughter's car in to have her power window repaired. They quoted us more than double what Safelite did. When we decided to go with the other business because of the difference in the quotes, they said the diagnostic charge was $140 just to get our keys back. They "cut a deal" and we got out of there paying only $70 for a "diagnosis" Safelite was able to give online for free. We won't be back. Two stars for the good service they did do back in the day."
"Seems like some dishonest business practices were pulled on me. They fixed the problem I was towed in for, but a console flap was broken in the process apparently and they didn't tell me about it. They also tried to charge me for fees they didn't tell me about on the phone and ended up waiving them when I complained about that. Don't think I'll be returning."
"I found this place on my way to work. I needed my truck inspected and was hoping I could get in and out right away. Thank God I was able to arrive by 8:30, because there wasn't a soul. I think the cold weather helped also."
