"Yes, cheap rate quoted! But the customer service following was a joke. You get what you pay for! I called the Burleson office and was transferred for whatever reason to the Mansfield office and Alondra was my agent over the phone. I got the quote, called her back with the docs sent to her and all that was left is to make payment. The phone disconnects at 4:47 and i tried to call back but getting no answer and at straight up 5pm I get an email saying my phone was going to voicemail and I replied to her probably because I was trying to call y’all and asked can I pay and she just left me hanging. I ended up getting a policy with La Familia. La Familia had a cheaper down payment and monthly payments about the same as here but the customer service was outstanding and professional! Thanks for wasting my time A-Max!!"
