"Based on this last experience they deserve 5 stars. My appointment was for 08:00 and I arrived 5 minutes late. There wasn’t a line, which was shocking, because this is a known busy location. No one probably wanted to be awake dealing with car issues so that’s a win for me. The technician who checked me in, Val, was courteous, professional, and efficient. I told him where the keys were, documents confirmed, etc. I went off to meander because normally this location is slow, but my car was done in an hour. I showed up, paid, everyone was nice to me, no issues at all. Thanks guys!"

"I was initially excited to find that NTB was willing to work with my warranty company to file a warranty claim. I took my vehicle into NTB because upon starting the vehicle when you pressed the brake pedal there was an awful sound. The brakes functioned normally but periodically this sound would occur and I wanted to have it fixed. The service manager Val was very accommodating and very helpful in locating the problem. They were able to replace the brake booster and file the warranty claim. The problem I have is that Val stated that the brakes needed to be flushed and I was charged for a brake flush. The brakes did not need to be flushed but after confirming that NTB was to do a brake flush we were willing to pay for the additional service. It is blatantly obvious that the brake system was not flushed. My vehicle had a check engine light which the codes read that the brake rod was not calibrated correctly. When I returned the vehicle Val, as well as his technician claimed that the system was flushed. You can see that that system was not flushed. Brake fluid is clear and mine is not. He said he could take care of the check engine light with the brake rod calibration being incorrect. I refused to have him service my vehicle again after being lied to and charged for the brake system flush. I contacted corporate and they advised me to take it to a sister store where I learned that the original store broke a part that needed to be ordered from GM directly. The regional supervisor Trevor was most helpful and the service team at the Southwest Blvd location was great. The fixed what the Burleson location broke and I feel confident in the work they did. I will never return to the Burleson location as long as it is common protocol to lie about work and charge for work that they do not complete."
