The over-the-top reason for my 5-star review is because Sergio also detailed the outside of my car for no additional charge. It looks brand new. When I drove away I realized he has also detailed the interior of my car. I text Sergio to thank him. His reply was, "That was my gift to your wife and you. Thank you for trusting my business with your automotive needs." WOW! What a nice Christmas gift! Sergio has 100% of my future biz. I'll tell everyone. TOP SHELF person. "Worst experience I’ve ever had. I called to see when my vehicle would be serviced they gave me the exact day but weren’t able to comply with it and wanted me to come in a week later. Why say something if you’re not going to comply is just wasting peoples time. To make matters worse it was something very severe that I was not safe driving it around like that. I was told by Alexis they would call me when my vehicle was ready. Never got a single call! When I got there my car was parked on the side not even being worked it. The employees were too busy on their phones to even care about it."
