"Got a wheel alignment here and the guys were very nice. They explained to me what was going to get done to my car and how long it was going to take then gave me a rough estimate of the cost even offeredtotake me to my house because I didn't have any other transportation. After everything was finished they offered to puck me up and let me know it was finished. When I got in my car it felt so good to know that they took care of it and did a great job because another grinding issue I was having was no longer happening to my car either. This was a very good experience and I would return because of the hospitality and the great job they did."

"First time ever to a Midas. They have been around for decades. My wife and I are traveling in our RV and needed our tow car brakes checked. Although the pads were good, the front rotors were burnt. Very fair price on the rotors and new pads ( you don't want new rotors with old pads) scheduled for 7:30 the next morning. They got the vehicle right in and had it done in about an hour and I was on my way."

Assuming manager Andy said he didn't know what happened later, they admitted tech crashed it and had never informed the customer. They installed a new headlight like the customer wouldn't notice. Scratched and holes ,dents all along front bumper."
