"We showed up at 8:25 pm exactly got down and the doors were locked lights were on, an employee was cashing out a customer and the manager CLEARLY saw us at the door kept staring and NOT once attempted to unlock the doors even though the sign outside clearly says they close at NINE and the website for this specific location closes at NINE !! ! Very rude !!! seems to me that manager could care less if she makes a sale…. Closing 35 min early is ridiculous!!!!"
