"This happened to a family member of mine : not the place to go if you’re elderly or a women! they DO NOT respect women and will do things to your card without telling you what’s happening, we called for a referral and they said they’d charge 250 for an alternator to be fixed , after the service he mentioned it was the battery and charged way above the price said. They continued to say if we didn’t pay we counldnt receive the car. and when we were getting the money together the lady at the desk continued to be rude and grabbed the purse took all the change and sent us away. HORRIBLE service. If my dad had went it would’ve cost less and they would’ve made sure to communicate."
