"These guys initially seemed knowable and friendly. Took my old Chevy to get the ac checked out. Was told by another place that it prob needs a full ac system replacement, took it to these guys for a second opinion (doing my due diligence). They confirmed that yes it needs a full swap / replacement which included removing the dash. Ok, fine. However, they declined to do the work or even bother giving me an estimate and still tried to charge me the diagnostic fee. Was quite perplexed that if they had no intention of doing the work, just don’t even look at it."
