If you say “no” to rounding up to support their supposed “charitable donations,” (aka “ploys to support corporate greed”), they will still brazenly charge your card. I’ve reported this to the Better Business Bureau as well as to their corporate headquarters. Their General Manager seems to be okay with this, as I’ve yet to have a resolution to my complaint."

"Someone definitely needs to talk to the staff about customer service. I walked in and saw am associate walking away from the register. I stopped her and asked her where I could get my pick up order from. She told me to wait in line. There were 3 people in front of me and it took the girl at the register a good 20 min to check them out. All the while the other 2 associates stood around giggling and chit chatting. I kept looking their way hoping they'd offer to help me. NOPE! instead they continued their conversation while I stood in line... waiting, waiting, waiting. Someone needs to talk to those associates about customer service! What's the point of ordering online if im going to stand in a line waiting anyway! The girl at the register was great and the only one that was actually working!"
