"I had caught wind they carry large hard to fit sizes. So I made the trek from McKinney to Fort Worth. On arrival I was greeted by Jeff and another gentleman. Within 5 minutes Jeff had me in 4 different pairs of boots that properly fit. At almost 50 years old I have never been able to properly fit in a boot due to my funky feet. I spent the next 45 minutes walking around trying to make a hard decision on which ones to take home. The decision was made on getting the black caiman alligator in the size of 15 1/2 B ! I highly recommend this store for the service, quality, and the unique offerings they have on the shelf."

I was totally excited. 18 months later and after 3 remakes, I was given a total refund due subpar work. My brother had told me about Rod Patrick boots.
