DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

"DSW is a nice store. My wife has used it before. This time she couldn't find any boots in her size. She did find some socks on a rack that stated that the brand was on sale at 50% off. She decided to get them. At checkout, they stated that it was only on selected styles. Sure enough in very fine print under the for sale sign, it stated on selected styles. I don't respect a place that works on just fine print . Check out the photo. It has the fine print. I had to zoom in to see it."

"Left me no choice but to file a dispute against DSW to get credit back to my credit card for a pr of sneakers I returned over 2wks ago. They clearly state it takes 7-10 business days. It's now been 3 weeks."

"Cute shoes, wide selection of styles, can easily find the right shoe under the display shoe. I usually have a hard time finding shoes to fit my wide foot but I had no problems here."

"I wish I could give a 5 star review but sadly through the process of purchasing shoes from this store, I was given the run around about the tracking info of my purchase. Nobody has given me clear information. I like the selection the store brings but the customer service at this store is unsympathetic and seemed disinterested in trying. If it wasn't a gift I would refund it honestly it's been such a hassle. I don't usually like to leaving bad reviews, but please do better. We're still waiting for shoes."

"Great selection of shoes with prices to match. Didn't have the size I was looking for, but they were able to order them and have them sent to my home. Great customer service."
