"1st time I went I had the frog legs and 2 sides. (Very good). This time I didn’t feel as hungry so I got the barbecue pulled pork waffle fries (it’s an appetizer). Not only delicious but can easily feed 2 people. Very laid back atmosphere, great service and food. Wonderful addition to downtown Winchester! Wish they were in Richmond."

"We were at red River gorge and were looking for somewhere to eat on a Tuesday night- wow, what a good choice we made. First of all, the portions were huge and so reasonably priced. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked- we had the pulled pork fries (with beer cheese instead- get the small), a pulled pork sandwich with a baked potato, and the 3 bone ribs with Mac and cheese and green beans. The mac and cheese was so good, but the pulled pork and beer cheese were the stars of the show. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was friendly, helpful, and changed the tv for us when we wanted her too. The owner ended up talking to us for the better part of an hour and agreed to save us some brisket because we wouldn't be back through until Sunday. This is an unassuming place with plenty of TVs in the back bar area, a friendly owner who works really hard, and great food. Don't miss it if you're stopping through."
