"I am obsessed with the iced London Fog tea, but I don't understand why anytime I order it I have to wait 20-25 minutes before it's made. I understand the tea has to steep for 5 minutes. Sometimes I order it on the app when I'm still in Mount Sterling and by the time I get to Winchester I'm still waiting for it. That's absolutely insane. Not only that, the majority of the workers don't even bother to put it in the shaker cup with the ice so not only do I wait a insane amount of time for my drink when I do finally get it, it's warm still and watered down. I have ordered this exact drink from other Starbucks locations and I always have my drink in half the time and sometimes faster. There are 2 male workers that do a amazing job making it, but as far as wait time goes 90% of the time I wait 20 min or more."

"What can I say, it's a Starbucks. I try to avoid them as much as possible, but they have reasonably good coffee, decent seating, and wifi. The Winchester location is a little nicer than many and the staff are friendly."
