"I ordered through the mobile app a couple of combos. I went through the drive thru. I gave them my information and they asked if everything on the screen was correct. It never showed up but they told me to pull around anyway. My bag did not come with straws and they had a hard time pulling up my receipt. When I got home I opened up the soft tacos and noticed that they are loading up the front and back of the taco with meat but the center is empty. It looks as though they are intentionally trying to use less product to fill their tacos. The quality was extremely disappointing as well. The steak burritos are much smaller than they used to be when they were first introduced. I'll probably never go back as we have much better options in Winchester. They need to stop trying to shrink their food options to save money."

"Thought we'd try breakfast here as we were on the road. Big mistake. This is most definitely not their forte, and never in my life have I found it so difficult to order two cups of hot coffee, which were subsequently delivered iced, then remade hot, but completely incorrectly. Don't waste your time and money - food was mediocre at best."

"Our hard tacos barely had meat. We were told if wanted more we had to ask for extra. Our soft tacos had jalapeños and just whatever else laying around inside them."

"24 min wait to get served cold food. If I wanted cold food I would have went next door to Walmart and bought sandwhich meat and bread.. Btw where's the meat? This was suppose to be extra meat?? Annnnd don't even get me started on the hard dried cold refried beans. I fully understand being short staffed over worked is still a thing but come on now!"
