"This was quite a surprise, the Wendy's in georgetown ky are not professional the food is mostly cold. This place was excellent experience from young man in drive thru to the timing and the quality of the food. 10/10. Saturday 2-24 1230 pm so employees may be recognized."

"Ordered breakfast online had my husband go inside store and pick up our breakfast and managers working morning time was so rude WE will never visit thus store ever again. Usually we order drive thur and no issues but after her rudeness FOR NO REASON I WILL BE CALL ON HER.spoke with owner said he'd mail a gift card have yet to receive it, guess he's like his manager Tammy treats customers bad. Owner called said he'd be sending us a gift card but like his manager he LIED!"

"4 stars for drive through service. Since I have yet to go inside I can't give a full 5 stars. Around 11:30-11:45 am the food and service have been very consistent. Unlike its biggest competitor, the food actually comes out looking the way it was pictured on the menu and not just thrown together and requires a half a roll of paper towels to eat! I can't speak for the lobby, the restrooms, or the front counter staff, but the drive thru service have been nothing but all stars! Parking lot is well kept and traffic in and out seems to be manageable even at peak hours. If you need a quick bite for less than $10 per person stop by this Wendy's and hopefully you get the same quality service!"
