"I go eat at cookout almost daily before I go to work and this particular store has the rudest employees that I have ever dealt with today I go through the drive thru and the speaker was so loud I had to roll my window up pull around and get my food and was pulling off and noticed I didn't get my ketchup so I backed up to the window and was rudly ask what's wrong I told her and got my condiments and pulled off and parked then I noticed I had no napkins and part of my order was wrong so this time I walked in to get the rest of my order after standing there for 10 min waiting on someone to come to the register and I was the only customer I there and nobody at the drive thru then was approached and rudly ask what I needed now I told her got my stuff and left by then my food was cold and I was discusted by the attitude these Peaple had in there and threw it away I won't be back to this location again very bad attitude for a business"

"I visited 2 cookouts on my trip and I'm not sure which location this is. One skimped out on Cheesebites and the burgers weren't greasy. The other didn't disappoint. Coming from the south I'm used to staff being different if you know what I mean. But I'm pretty sure this was the good cookout. Heck it mightve been the same one just different staff. The staff the second time around got it right, but first time around it wasn't bad either, just not used to not having grease all over my food. Not a bad thing, just an observation. Either way, cookout has to mess up real bad for me to rate them down. Actually I will say the cookout sauce did look dark and old. But I shouldn't use so much cookout sauce anyway. Again, still 5 stars. Would go again."

"Ordered a big double burger cheddar style. All these onions come off one single burger. Not exaggerating this at all. One burger. Couldn't eat the onions they were way too tough. I didn't ask for extra either. All that being said the rest of the food was very good and the two workers I dealt with were very nice. I made a mess in my car trying to take all these onions off and no napkins. I would still try it again."

"I adore cookout and have never had any problems. Today one of my sides only came with five onion rings though (three of which were tiny) which was a little disappointing. Is that normal? It seemed pretty skimpy to me. My husbands side of fries took up half his plate. The food was delicious as always."
