"Will never be back had the absolute worst customer service. Tall man with salt and pepper hair with pony tail. Had a bad attitude. First he turns to us and says it's gonna be a while with a hateful attitude. Can I direct you to anything? I told him I just needed waist measurements and length bc I was just gonna buy suits for my boys. He looks at me and in the most hateful tone said its not that simple like Im a moron. Along with some other reasons why it's not like I'm stupid. Umm well I've never bought a suit before im sorry. Then he says we'll it's gonna be at least 40 minutes well I was not going to stay 1 minute more because if I did we would have had words I dont like to be talked down to.so if you like to be treated like an idiot and wait a long time this is definitely the place for you."
"This store has very rude employees. They do not acknowledge you when you come into store. I had a web order and they did not act like they wanted to go get it. The employees at the Hurstbourne store way that way too!"
"The customer service at this location is absolutely abysmal. We ordered a custom suit and from the get go every single one of the employees there has been inattentive, rude, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful. We had a custom suit made that was botched and had to end up taking it to a new tailor or in entirety because the customer care at this location has been so horrible every time we’ve come in. Do not give this place your business. From the first time we walked in the employees were too busy still getting dressed while they were on the floor to greet us properly, to the last time when we walked in to pick up the suit and the employee looked at us, turned around, didn’t greet us, and resumed folding his clothes. They do not care about the quality of their products or business. Please go elsewhere."
"Overall just a bad experience! This is my first time suit shopping and so I decided Jos. A Banks as it seemed to be good prices and perks. I went into the store and was helped by a wonderful associate who was really nice and helpful in my choices. I was told my suits would need to be altered to fit properly. So being ignorant on the return policy, I accepted as I needed a few suits for work. After all was said and done I came to pick up my suits and the jackets had not been altered. So then I had to pay more, and wait even longer to receive my suits. After a total of a MONTH I finally get my suits and can wear them. I was not 100% satisfied with the quality so I decided I’d try to return them as I spent well over $1000 and not being satisfied, that stings a little. I was told online they couldn’t help me as it was a store purchase, and I get to the store and now I can’t return them because they are altered. I was never told they could not be returned after alteration up front and I had never suit shopped before. I went in seeing online there was a 90 return policy if you were not happy. I called in and was told it was “managers discretion on returns” and in store they told me “There is no way we can return them once altered.” So which way is it? Now I am out $1000 for something I do not like on me. What ever happened to customer satisfaction? Extremely disappointed."
