"I went there to get my grandbabies some shoes. The young lady was so helpful, I think she said she was the manager. She went over and beyond I was completely satisfied. Loved my experience there"
"There was three girls working on Saturday . They didn't want to help . I asked for help but felt like I was a inconvenience to them. They were more interested on having a conversation with each other . One was whining on how many hours she needed to work till she could go home. I had two kids and they were not nice to them. I wanted to get more shoes but the way they treated us , I just wanted to leave. I ended up returning the shoes at another journeys because I felt rushed and the shoes were not a good fit. The girl that brought us the shoes to try on you could tell she wanted us out the store. My son grabbed a pair of shoes and he really liked them but one of the girls rudely said to put those shoes back where they belong. I was going to buy them since he like them so much but after she was being so rude, I decided to not buy them . I wish they would treat people with kids better since it's a kid shoe place. I was the only one there and while I understand they might of been busy before I got there and maybe they were tired but they should not treat people so rude. I will not return."

"Your employee Maryiah Needs a lesson in customer service. I was shopping for my boys and asked her for help. She was no help at all. She was very rude and her attitude was very demeaning. She had the Audacity to look at me like I was dirt and rolled her eyes at me. She does not need to be in customer service position whatsoever."
