"I am absolutely appalled at the shipping/packaging for a $150 handmade fascinator and $30 earrings. I am beside myself. It’s like this was tossed in there as they were happy to deplete their post-Derby inventory. The earrings didn’t even make it to me in the box, let alone even on the paper backing. What a joke. You can’t even wrap it? Are you new? I am going to Royal Ascot in London and was about to refer your store to several of my friends going with me looking for hats or fascinators coming from the US. You just lost probably 4 additional first-time customers."

I found the pricing a bit high for the quality of clothing given that you can find similar stuff for 20% of the price online but still a super cute store. Staff was super sweet and dressed up all fun. They even have a little hat corner to make your own hat for Kentucky Derby"
