"What a wonderful experience, very tastefully decorated. Our waitstaff was beyond amazing. The chef came out to check on us. Salmon is my favorite meal, 3100 on Broadway was definitely the best I've had anywhere. Visiting Kentucky from Michigan so we had to try the bourbon! Might be my new favorite treat!!! We are going back tomorrow for the steak."
"First time at 3100 and so happy we found this place. The food was amazing - don’t pass on the MacNCheese! Seriously. But honestly, the service was the best! From the hostess, to our server, and even the general manager… everyone worked together as a team to put the customer experience first! I cannot recommend 3100 enough and can’t wait to go back!"
"Confusing experience overall. The menu reads like a higher end restaurant. The atmosphere is sports bar chic with rock music blaring through the speakers and sports on several tvs throughout. Wife and I had reservations and when we arrived we were made to feel like you "must" have reservations to get a table. When we were seated at a high top table for 4 i noticed that the table had a very pronounced wobble. We asked to be moved to another table for 4 that was nearby. We were told that she could not accommodate us because their reservation book was full. I mentioned that the table we were at seated 4, and the table we wished to move to also seated 4. The net total of seats did not change. She seemed confused but eventually came back and moved us. Sydney, our waitress, was great. Polite, informative, helpful, and she made sure to keep us hydrated during our stay. They seemed to have run out of many of the steak options on the menu. 12 oz ribeye was 36.99. When i asked for the ribeye inwas told they were out of it. They had the Filets. I told Sydney no thanks i prefer the ribeye. I asked for the prime rib, and they were also out of that. I ended up settling for the steak gorgonzola pasta with garlic bread as a side. My wife ordered "the comedy" which is two bacon wrapped chicken breasts topped with bbq sauce. She got a baked potato and a ceasar salad as sides. We also ordered the "dress rehersal" as an appetizer. It has mozzerella sticks, onion rings, and chips and queso. First came bread. Bread was nice but seemed like a white french baguette sliced and toasted on one side. The butter was sweet and kind of nice. We overheard another table "who had all ordered 60 dollar fillets that the first bread basket is free but id they wanted another it would be $3..... seems a bit petty when the table just spent $360 in entres. Waitress brought out the appetizer and i immediately noticed that the mozzarella sticks appeared to be the same that you get off the gordons food truck and are served at numerous fast dining eateries around town. My opinion is that if you are going to charge between 38 and 60 dollars for steaks, you should probably be had breading your own mozz sticks. Chips and queso were ok. Onion rings were good and if they came off of the same gordons truck, they were well done. Our entres came out in a timely manner. The Steak on the steak gorgonzola pasta was a rather thin ribeye reminiscent of one that some places use for their steak sandwiches. It was cooked mediumishwich is overcooked for me, but i wasnt asked when i ordered, so there is that. Crumbles of blue cheese were sprinkled over a portion of alfredo. It was all smothered in ribbons of balsamic glaze. The pasta itself was not bad but the amount of the cloyingly sweet and unnaturally thick balsamic glaze was overwhelming. It was not a good fit. The strong sickly sweet aroma of the balsamic glaze permeated the air and was you could smell or think about during the entire experience. My wifes "the comedy" looked nice but maybe a tad bit too much sauce. Baked potato was hot, chicken was....warm. thenchicken was a bit dry and overcooked, the bacon that wrapped it was limp and u dercooked, and the bbq sauce was very very sweet and really just tasted like a ton of ketchup with some brown sugar added. Overall my wife and I agreed that the butter was the best part of our experience here."
"Excellent food! I can’t believe I waited so long to try this place! Appetizers: we ordered the deviled eggs, queso, and a combo with mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and chips and cheese. The deviled eggs had jalapeños in the filling and were topped with bacon. These were awesome! Comes with 6 deviled eggs per order. My only suggestion would be using maple Macon or candied bacon. The queso came flaming! The waitress poured some sort of liquor on it and set it on fire. Some of us thought there was still a bit of liquor flavor in a couple spots. The appetizer combo was exactly as you’d expect and no complaints. Entrées: Steaks were perfect. I loved my Cuban sandwich, the pork was so flavorful. Wasn’t a fan of the pickled onion on it, would have preferred fresh onion. Two people at my table ordered the Cajun pasta, and both were expecting a cream based sauce rather than tomato. They liked their pasta, but I’d suggest to the owners clarifying that on the menu. Another member of my party ordered the grilled shrimp dinner. Shrimp were cooked perfectly. The shrimp were definitely a great quality with a lot of flavor. Sides: The sweet potato fries were EXCELLENT. I ordered the southwest Mac and cheese as a side and the pasta was a little bit over cooked but had a delicious flavor. You are also served with complimentary bread and sweet butter. The bread is excellent and toasted to perfection."
