"Slow!!!! They have an army of people working and they don't even cook anything in house. Coffee was sitting getting cold while it waited for 25 minutes for the food to be ready. An 8$ coffee should at least be hot, right?"
"I never leave bad reviews but we sat in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes with no service. No one was there or in the drive thru. We then went in. Both of our drinks were made wrong and the place was a mess. Very disappointing"
"Great afternoon stop! Service is really slow during peak hours. I know they're busy but I've seen other Dunkin locations that were much busier with quicker service. They are somewhat inconsistent in taste on espresso drinks which makes me feel like I should compensate by ordering extra espresso and then I'll occasionally have a bitter drink. Overall worth the quirks."
"Ordered 12 jelly donuts. They have the best donuts and two caramel craze signature iced latte. Also tried the butter pecan frozen latte and turtle signature iced latte. Now they have new cups for sale"
"Paducah runs on Dunkin' People! If they don't then they go down the street to Red's donuts or across town to Munal's donut shop and get fat and fed. It's that simple folks! The coffee is amazing though and the customer service is good. Lots of variety. It's not just about the donut anymore people, it's about the breakfast sandwich and the great coffee! Very well-priced. Always busy though. So come early if you can or late after the breakfast rush in the mornings but not to late as they do start to run out of donuts around 4p.m. cst or so. Then it's just hot or cold sandwiches til closing time."
