"Steaks weren't cooked to the temps we ordered. Undercooked. Peach sweet tea is awesome though. Gave me ranch dressing instead of parmesan peppercorn that I ordered. Blackberry tea was not good. All of this for a $175 order! Do Better Logan's."

"While Visiting Family in town we decided to try Logan's another time after a previous negative experience. Upon entering, with many open booths, we were asked to wait 20min for a party of 3. No one else is waiting to be seated. The reason was "letting the kitchen catch up". We agreed to wait but asked if we could be seated and the answer was "no". We did wait on the hard benches for 15 minutes and asked if we could be seated yet. The answer was no, "waiting on the kitchen". Honestly just to sit in a comfortable seat and a glass of water would have been little effort from the service team. We decided to leave as this appeared to be an early indicator of a yet another negative experience at this location. We love Logan's and have great service and food at the location in our home state. If lack of employees is the "reason" for making customers wait, then I wonder if the environment for employees is also negative and keeping them away. Sorry Logan's Paducah, we will never return."

"The food was great. The employees were kind and helpful. Our waitress was wonderful. We went there at about 11:30am. There was no waiting to be seated. We got what we asked for with manners."

"I have got to say that is the worst $126 I have spent on food at a restaurant in all reality. I will explain each meal and rate it along with service: porterhouse - this was the ONLY reason for any stars at all at this visit. Although ordered med it seemed to arrive at med-well, I wasn't complaining it was good. 2 members of our party got the ribs, which 4 people out of the party agreed, ribs were not good, leaving a nasty taste in your mouth after eating. One kid got chicken tenders, either over cooked or needs fresh oil as it was darker than normal & dry. (Maybe both?). Kids spaghetti was literally tasteless, kids steak tips over cooked, dry and no good. I have ate at several Logan's I must say. I wish I had chosen a different restaurant, can't believe I worked as hard as I do to afford THAT meal for my family. Next time we will choose elsewhere. (I checked what we ordered, not what I recommended. I feel I could only recommend steak)"

"Walking into Logan's Roadhouse, the anticipation for a hearty American meal was palpable. I kicked off my dining experience with the Queso & Chips, a delightful start. The crunch of the tortilla chips combined with the creaminess of the queso, garnished with the freshness of pico de gallo, was simply irresistible. However, when the house salad arrived, it was a bit disappointing to find brown lettuce. It gave the impression that the salad might have been from the day before. Considering I dined earlier in the day, one would expect a fresher set of greens. That said, the Country-Style Buttermilk Chicken made up for this minor hiccup. The hand-breading on the chicken was impeccable, and it was fried to perfection, offering a great contrast in texture with the white pepper gravy. While the chicken breast meat seemed to be lacking in quality, the seasoning and preparation made it a flavorful delight. To complement the chicken, the mashed potatoes with brown gravy were the right kind of creamy and savory that one seeks in comfort food. In summary, while there were slight misses in freshness with the salad, Logan's Roadhouse in Paducah offers a gratifying meal that hits most of the right notes. Would recommend for those seeking a taste of traditional American fare with a touch of Southern charm."
