"Food is usual, service was terrible. Waited 15 min for couple drinks, they made one mocha frap but forgot my coffee. They did not acknowledge that my order was ready I had to asked and when I asked for the coffee they gave me a old cold coffee from there I didn't bother to complain I didn't want to wait again just got out and left."

"Love this location!! The drinks and food always seem put together a lot better. Drew at the window was so outstanding. Made an order error and he could not have been any more helpful and respectful about it! Definitely going to keep coming to the southside location!"

"So I have to say that the food was hot and good. Although the tea was watery and not good, which is highly unusual. This McDonald's was complete chaos, I do want to say that the people were very nice, there was really one person, maybe two who was endlessly trying to make up for the mistakes that delays food getting out the guy at the register doesn't know the products, doesn't know how the cash register works, and is dazed and confused. I can understand that, Working the register at breakfast can be been crazy. I don't want to diminish the efforts of the folks here, but I want to say that they don't work like a team. I don't usually do reviews like this, but I'm hopeful that this review is read and take it to heart for improvements that are necessary to excel in the restaurant business. I appreciate you reading this, I hope to come back next time I come through and experience a team that is strong, organized, and has smiling faces! Good luck!"
