Little Caesars Pizza

"Food is decent. But the customer service is what ruined it for me. They do not acknowledge you at all. Not one employee had a smile. Just death stares from employees. You can go down the road and get Domino's for about the same price if not cheaper, taste better and most important the customer service is way better!"

"Today is July 3rd. Tried calling in my order but their phone was busy for 30 minutes. So I drove to Little Caesar's to verbally and in person , put. My order in but , the girl couldn't understand what I said so clearly .I had to tell her three times what I wanted on my one pizza.Then a guy came up from the back of the place and said someone is harassing his order girl that wasn't trained to do her job. I asked her if this was her first day and she said yes. So, don't blame the customers for your not training your help before you put them out front to take orders from your customers. I'll never go back to this crazy place ever again. I'll go to Mackie's pizza because they know what they're doing and Little Caesar's don't ."

"Food and service were not bad. My issue was that upon delivery the pizza was nearly cold as it was not kept in a heating bag. It just sat in the guys seat exposed to all the elements. Probably will not order from here again because of that."
