"The female manager was absolutely horrendous to deal with regarding an online ordering issue. Told me to deal with my own regarding the payment being taken and the order not being updated for them."

"Absolute worst Taco Bell you can go to. I could have drive to Marion from here to get my food faster. Waited 35 min for a simple order. Someone working here didn’t know why it was taking so long and shrugged and said “idk man I just work here”. Food had been burnt and tasted absolutely disgusting. Go somewhere else!"

"I know for the price we should be willing to let things slide and give places like this a 5 star rating easier but I have never been to a fancy restaurant and got better service. We were asked how the food was, a older couple was eating that did not move well the manager went to get them a new drink so they did not have to walk and get one. In all ways this place was going above any standard of service every time we go in."

"Whoever is working here on 3/11/2023 is amazing. Your staff was friendly with a sense of humor. They talked to both my kids and wife with smiles and joked around with my kids. Our food was great and we got served very fast. There is a self serve drink service but they filled our cups for us and brought them to us. In the past this location has not been the best. If it weren’t for my kids loving tacos I wouldn’t have come back. Whatever/whoever has made a change to improve service here has done a fantastic job. Keep it up and it will bring you in more business. I’ll be sure to pass it on if we keep getting this great service we saw today. Thanks guys!"
