"First time there but have heard great things. I'm picky about pizza toppings and usually do not get what I asked for BUT not this time.... When ordering the girls at the counter (I believe were sisters) were great! They listened and made sure I got exactly what I was ordering. Hanna, one of the young ladies, even said that she was going to make it herself to be positive I got a correctly made to order pizza. Hanna did just that! She waited on us and was very helpful and took pride in her job. That was such a refreshing thing to see. Not much of that these days. She checked on us and even made suggestions on things to try on our next visit. And we absolutely will be back! We where not having a very good few days (loss family member, packing up belongs and our dog went missing) and needed something to just be ok...So thank you for the great evening at Mackie's Pizza. And Hanna, thank you especially for unknowingly making a couple of ppl feel like it's not all lost out here. Thanks Mackie's BTW. ... Jada (lost dog) came back that night after we got home from dinner ❤️"

"Awesome small town pizza place. The pizza was good. We didn't care for the cheese bread and the sauce was just too sweet. But everything else was amazing. The staff was sweet as could be even as they were getting slammed, they remained nice and pleasant. Would love to try out some other menu items!"

"Rude and Unprofessional. Ordered a stromboli and they gave me sub bread with pizza ingredients. I asked for a refund or a substitution as its clearly not a stromboli and they said that's how they've always made there stromboli. Well they've always done it wrong then. They were rude about it and acted like I was wrong. For the staff I hope you read this to educate yourselves. [Stromboli is a type of baked TURNOVER and FILLED (not topped) with various Italian cheeses (typically mozzarella) and usually Italian cold cuts (typically Italian meats such as salami, capocollo and bresaola) or vegetables served hot. The dough used is either Italian bread dough or pizza dough.]"

"Out of towners came to hike and decided to explore a local pizza spot. We were more then impressed. We thoroughly enjoyed the garden deep dish which had surprising flavors!! Definitely recommend supporting this tasty local joint!"
