"This review is strictly for Kroger pickup. Every single order we have done here is worse than your messed up order at McDonald’s. They can’t even get the coffee you order right. We got Decaf coffee, not regular. Then they make you come inside, bring in the receipt, return the item then go find it yourself. 6 items were “out of stock” so this time we decided to go in and see for ourselves. 1 out of the 6 items were legitimately out of stock. We found the other 5 and there was plenty of stock. If you are going to offer a service, You should give it 100%. People mess up sure. But when you can’t find a watermelon, you’re being plain lazy."
