"Ordered an outlaw. I was asked if I wanted it toasted. I declined. The employee proceeded to make the sandwich with cold steak. In over 30 years, I’ve never seen this. I asked him if he was going to heat the steak. He told me I said I didn’t want it toasted. He then argued with me over toasting a sandwich v heating up the meat. I left. I can’t believe the poor store owner has to pay idiots $14 an hour."

"I’m very dissatisfied this is the second time I have placed my order online went to pick it up and again my sandwich is NOT TOASTED it won’t make it to a third time cause I will not be back thanks for the COLD sandwich!!!"

"How is it helping a customer by using a coupon on there account that they stated not to use at all and to only use the cupon thy bring in to use. That does not help the customer at all. This company better start doing what customers ask and say they want done or lawsuits can happen. Subway employee had the nerve to tell the customer to calm down as if a customer doesn't have the right to express how upset or anger they are when they can't read a simple print out for pick up orders and want to act as if it's not a big ordeal, and explain why there is no management working for night shifts as well. Never never will recommend this trash company to anyone ever"

"I never really do this, but I didn’t speak up when I should’ve at the restaurant, so I am now. I went in, they were busy and stressed, I get that. I’ve also had a miserable day myself, so I didn’t want to create any bigger issue. I was getting my sub made, everything was fine. When it came to the toppings, someone started making my order into someone else’s online order; so the toppings were incorrect. Nobody asked, I was just standing there very anxious. When he had realized it, he ripped off the toppings and kinda tossed my sandwich around before tossing it down pretty angrily and frustrated. It got made correctly, but I was too hesitant to ask for a remake on my sub because there were people behind me, bad day was going on, and everyone seemed frustrated. With the way prices are, it just kind of sucks to this experience and paying almost $10 for a 6in sub. Please if this happens again, just remake the sub. We’re all struggling, but I don’t want that to be taken out on my food. :( I go here a lot and usually it’s decent, the girls are really nice there, so this won’t ruin that. I wanted to just voice my opinion and speak up about today."

"This place is usually mine and my coworkers go to for lunch. They can get very busy, but maintain professional! The girls are super sweet and customer oriented. I’ll continue my weekly visits for my coworkers and me!"
