"I called the store on Saturday around 4:45 pm to let the clerk (Nick) know I was in route due to the store closing at 5. Not only was Nick helping in store customers but also pulled the costume I was asking for. Nick then came back to the phone and asked what size was I actually, because that particular costume ran small, then suggested the next size up. I arrived exactly at 5, Nick so graciously stayed open long enough for me to try the dress on, look around and ask questions. His personality was friendly and very helpful that when speaking with him over the phone my daughter even stated he has great customer service. I’m extremely happy I found this place as this will be my new go to for costumes, and I love costumes!!"

"This place is THE place to go to for anything costume relates in the North Houston area, and in my opinion the entire Houston area! I went in for special FX contacts and edible stage blood for my costume for the haunt I work at. You get STELLAR customer service without them being pushy, they are very knowledgeable on their products and are happy to educate you on their different makeups, latex, contacts, etc. They are super friendly and they actually listen, not once did I feel like they focused on selling me on things I didn't even need. I took an incredibly long time looking at the contacts because they have SO many options and they are all only $25 and even though the store was somewhat busy they were right there when I needed them and never showed any signs of impatience with me. They have very reasonable prices for their makeup and blood. They carry 3 sizes of Ben Nye and I got the smallest size, I don't remember the price exactly but I believe it was about $7 and I think it will last for the rest of haunt season. I didn't pay very close attention to the costume prices because I wasn't shopping for one but I did buy a costume back in 2016 and I remember thinking it was anout average compared to spirit halloween, party city and online retailees. With that being said they have pretty much every costume that you could think of including some very high end fancy ones and SO many costume accessories! Love this place and it is now my go to stop for all costume needs. Thank you for being outstanding!"

"They're great in a pinch but selection is sparse. Carrying too many different things So there's a vast selection but then it is a limiting choice. Sizes are lacking for true xl and XXL. There aren't that many smalls, which may be why there was more of a small selection. The larger sells out. Good for thought. The area build-up has improved their parking area. I'd day 3.5 to 4 but the prices are just too expensive. Still, I recommend their theatrical makeup and Halloween costumes for kids. They have a huge selection."
