"I was hoping to try out this place because it’s very close to my house. I walked in one afternoon to look around and when I walked in there were two women (seemingly middle-aged) standing there having a conversation. Okay, no problem, I’m just looking anyway. Now I’m sure, at least one of them had to be an employee, but my issue was the lack of greeting or acknowledgement of my presence. I’m not expecting a grand welcoming or anything over the top, but there was absolutely NOTHING. Not a nod, not a quick “hello,” not even a simple wave. I guess their conversation was really good, because they were engrossed with each other to the point of not noticing their surroundings. I immediately turned around and walked out. I work in hospitality, so customer service always sticks out to me. It’s not like the store was busy, because no one else was in the store, to my knowledge, except these two ladies. I’m sure this place has good service, and this could’ve been a off-moment, or one-time thing, but I definitely wouldn’t return. Like come on, no greeting at all? To me, that’s really just unacceptable. This may sound super sensitive or critical, but I don’t think any business should make a potential customer feel so undervalued. It’s enough that I came in the door. It made me feel like my business wasn’t wanted or valued. First impressions are everything and this boutique just so happened to make a poor one that day. This is an explanation to my one star review that I gave two years ago. The owner responded asking whether I had my review confused with another business, and I don’t, so I wanted to give more of an explanation for context."

"Cute boutique, perfect location. Some items can and are a bit pricey, although I always seem to find something when I go in. Staff is always social and helpful. New merchandise always popping up with new choices every time I visit."
