"This is the worst Rainbow I have ever visited. They still have not opened their dressing rooms since covid so you can not try on any of the clothes. I purchased a shirt and it was to small and returned the shirt in less that 24 hours later. She proceeds to say the shirt had a stain on it. I explained to the lady if there is a stain it must have already been on the shirt when I purchased it. It was a dark colored shirt so it was hard to notice. She said well we can’t take it back with a stain. I explained that the stain had to have been on there already because all I did was try the shirt on then put right back in the bag and returned it. She said well I don’t know what to tell you. Rainbow really needs to work on their customer service and open up the dressing rooms!"
